By creating an account or using any part of the Health Diary platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Health Diary provides a free online platform that includes:

• Personalised health and wellness quizzes.
• Evidence-based articles on sleep, nutrition, fitness and mental health.
• Optional user accounts to save quiz history and track progress.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute our quiz content or articles without written permission.

All content on Health Diary — including quizzes, articles, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Health Diary or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Diary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Health Diary will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
